James Lee Sorenson
Manager

James Lee Sorenson is the founding partner and lead investor in Sorenson Group Management and has been leading major real estate development projects for more than 35 years. Early in his career he developed the 120-acre Sorenson Research Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. His strategy of patience and long-term planning has resulted in industry-leading commercial and residential projects such as the 2,200-acre master-planned Rosecrest community in Herriman, a 9,000-acre mountain property slated for development in a spectacular, prestigious location near Park City, Utah, and a number of thriving commercial developments. Mr. Sorenson is also developing The Pointe, a Class A office complex and dramatic landmark on Point of the Mountain in Draper, Utah.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Sorenson has a history of successful entrepreneurial enterprises. He is responsible for the creation and development of several new industry categories in today's business world, including digital compression software, mass-market videophones, video relay communication services for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, electronic medical infusion pumps and environmental testing. He founded Sorenson Communications and Sorenson Media and co-founded Sorenson Capital. Sorenson Communications was sold to GTCR in 2005 in what is believed to be the largest private equity transaction ever in the state of Utah. Mr. Sorenson is also founder of the Sorenson Opportunity Fund, which provides financial resources to help individuals in poverty-stricken areas become self-sufficient. Mr. Sorenson was recognized as Utah Business magazine's 2007 CEO of the Year.

F. Timothy Fenton
Manager

Timothy Fenton is a partner and at Sorenson Group Management and has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, construction management and executive management. He guided the development of the 120-acre Sorenson Research Park in Salt Lake City, Utah, and currently directs construction of The Pointe, a 600,000-square-foot Class-A office complex in Draper, Utah. He is also helping oversee construction of two master-planned communities: the 2,200-acre Rosecrest community in Herriman, Utah, and a 9,000-acre mountain property primed for development in a spectacular, prestigious area near Park City, Utah.

In addition to his experience with the Sorenson companies, Mr. Fenton is president and CEO of Fenton Financial, a real estate development company he founded in 2006 for developing commercial and residential properties throughout Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Mr. Fenton is also a partner in the Wasatch Front home-building company HardRock Homes.

Joseph T. Sorenson
Manager

Joseph T. Sorenson is a partner at Sorenson Group Management and is principal owner of Endeavor Capital Group, which has real estate investment and development projects, energy exploration and energy technology enterprises, a nutritional beverage packaging venture and a personal care laboratory research component.

Beyond his leadership at Endeavor Capital Group, Mr. Sorenson has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate development and management, including oversight of the planning and construction of the 120-acre Sorenson Research Park in Salt Lake City. Mr. Sorenson also helped develop Rosecrest, a 2,200-acre master-planned community in Herriman, Utah.

Mr. Sorenson has played a vital leadership role in other Sorenson companies. He served as president of the healthcare research company Sorex Medical. In addition, Mr. Sorenson helped plan and develop contract cosmetic and nutritional products for Sorenco Laboratories, where he also managed budgets and the construction of multiple additions to facilities.

Donald E. Wallace
COO/General Counsel

Donald E. Wallace is the COO and general counsel and has served 18-years guiding the strategy implementation and daily operations of the Sorenson real estate arm, including playing key roles in the formation and growth of the Sorenson portfolio. Mr. Wallace led the company's financial and legal strategy during extended periods of rapid growth and moved the Sorenson real estate division into land development from its land acquisition past. Mr. Wallace is president and CEO of Sorenson Management Services, which provides real estate management and development services to outside companies.

Mr. Wallace graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. In addition, he holds an MBA and a JD from the University of Utah and is a licensed practicing attorney.

In 2006, Mr. Wallace was appointed by Utah Governor Jon Huntsman to a four-year term on the board of directors of the Office of Property Right Ombudsman. In addition, he serves as a board member of the Utah Property Rights Coalition.

W. Guy Asher
Loan Portfolio Manager

W. Guy Asher is the loan portfolio manager and is responsible for negotiating with borrowers and making recommendations for the resolution of loans. Mr. Asher has more than 40 years of proven business and commercial real estate banking experience in Canada and the United States. He has a proven record of achievement in managing loan portfolios of up to $400 million for clients that include Wells Fargo Bank of Nevada, Mutual of Omaha Bank and Mercantile Bank of Canada. Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of, and practical experience in, commercial real estate lending and other areas, Mr. Asher has the skill set to contribute to positive results for investors.

Mr. Asher received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Honors Business Degree from two Canadian universities.

Teri Forbes
Administrative Services Manager

Teri Forbes is the Administrative Services Manager and serves as the liaison between investors, loan committee, borrowers, governmental contacts, legal associations and related entities.

Ms. Forbes has an extensive and successful background in planning, coordinating and managing a broad range of professional services while supporting and promoting efficiency within the organization. She brings a wealth of hands-on experience from both the public and private sectors, having worked within the banking, public utility, insurance, manufacturing, real estate and legal arenas. Ms. Forbes has contributed significantly to the successful merger, acquisition and sale of several companies. Her educational background is Business Management with an emphasis in Contract Law and Human Resource Management; she is a Paralegal and holds several certificates related to her field of study and work.
